COVID-19 INFO

I am an open book and understand how important it is for clients to know my vaccination status. I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and wear masks during all client interactions. Open communication is essential, so I disclose any symptoms or exposures I may come across and have virtual back plans and fantastic backup doulas.

MEET MY BABIES

I was a young mom and did not prepare for birth with my first. I had amazing support people at the hospital who discussed options with me, a nurse who took over a doula role, and continuous support from my husband. This taught the important of having support from people you trust. My second birth I tried to learn as much about birth as possible. I had a great support team again and my husband but this time I had knowledge for what is normal for birth. My son’s birth taught me the importance of being familiar with birth.
